Amanda has a wide experience of employment and litigation matters. She advises on disciplinary, grievance and unfair dismissal issues as well as redundancy, maternity rights and benefits, TUPE, balloting and industrial action and varying contractual benefits.
Amanda also has valuable experience of Employment Tribunals and their procedures as well as drafting and advising on contracts of employment, service agreements, policies and procedures. Amanda has particular expertise in drafting and tailoring complex employment documentation and Directors Service agreements.
Amanda qualified in 1997 with Eversheds and she provides a wealth of valuable practical experience as well as legal expertise.
